Spear Head?

In Sao Paulo, Brazil a man was hit in his head by a spear. Mr.Emerson de Oliveira Abreu threw the spear which rebounded from rocks and hit his own head. It was a deep wound and surgery was performed to save him. People claimed that the cure was a miracle .The spear was of 6 inch length.
